What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Cash App, & Venmo

What is the refund policy at Kidz Kab?
We do not offer refunds. Rides may be rescheduled ONE TIME ONLY. (subject to seat and driver availability for date and time of new request).

When can I request a Kab?
Anytime! All requests are subject to seat availability.

When are ride payments expected?
Payments must be made upon confirmation from KidzKab.

Can I reserve/request long term reservations?
Yes. Long term contracts are available. Additional financial information will be required.

Can I cancel a long term Kab reservation?
Yes. A seven (7) day written notice to cancel current contract is required.
